Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes (no makeup) no eyeliner, eyeshadow, or strip lash glue. If you feel you may need an extra lash bath please book the option under extras to alot the proper amount of time for your appointment. I do not infill other lash technician's work, however, there maybe considerations and work should be assessed by me first. we do offer a removal service along with a fresh set & This option is available as an add-on when booking your appointment so upon booking please book a full set & removal to alot the proper amount of time. Please schedule your fills 2-3 weeks after your full-set appointment. 40% of the extension are REQUIRED to be considered a fill. Anything less than 40% will be charged as a FULL SET price. LATE POLICY If you are running late, please inform in advance. A 15 minute grace period is given. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be charge as a no-show. CANCELLATION Cancellations should be made at least 36 hours prior to your appointment. Failing to do so will be considered a "no show" which will result in a charge of 50% of your service via payment provided upon booking. Special considerations may be taken on a case to case basis. REFUND POLICY There will be no refunds after the service is rendered. Should you have a problem with your lashes, you will have 24 hours to reach out to me and have your lashes assessed at the earliest convenience.
